CLASSES


Power : Power is a low impact barbell class which is high in fun. This targets a broad range of fitness levels and aims to enhance exercise adherence and group exercise participation. It is designed to give you an overall workout. Low impact - fat burning - body toner.


Oxigeno : This is a class that will give you increased flexibility, strength and concentration. Stretch and strengthen all major muscles throughout the class.


X55: This is a combination of aerobics and floor work that is suitable for beginners through to advanced. If 'buns of steel' are what you're after then this is the class for you!


Restart: Is a very low impact class that is designed for those people that haven't used a gym in a while or who have never used a gym at all. It is great for the older generation who are a little intimidated by the gym.


Boxercise: Is a high intensity cardiovascular class, combining elements of boxing and karate, using a series of movements such as punches, kicks and elbows into a boxing pad held by a training partner.


Fight Do: If you are interested in an entertaining overall body workout, then fight do may just be the answer you've been looking for. This class combines elements of karate and kick boxing to give you a great overall body workout. We use a variety of street fighting techniques including elbows and knees. Your abdominal's will also receive a fantastic workout from all the kicking and punching which combines well with the highly motivating music.


Spin: If you are looking to improve your fitness endurance levels then this 30 or 45 minute cycle class will do the job. It will give your lower body a fantastic impact free workout and your fitness and endurance levels will improve very quickly due to this style of training. Calorie burning is very high due to the constant level of exercise.


Circuit : If you are a busy person, this 30 minute workout is perfect for you. Our circuit class is conducted in our well designed circuit area. The class consists of pin loaded weight machines as well as cardio stations and a timer to give you a great overall workout in just under 30 minutes.
