Weights Area: This is a well-equipped weights room, housing both pin and plate loaded machines to boost upper and lower body strength and muscle tone. We also have a great free weights section for the more serious of weight trainers.


Cardio Area: This area contains a numerous range of fantastic cardio equipment to get the heart rate up- including treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross-trainers and steppers.


Circuit Room: If you are a busy person, our circuit area is perfect for you. It is set up as a 30 minute circuit with 13 individual workout stations- excellent for those with a time limit on their exercise.


Cycle Room: This room is decked out with the latest Spin Bikes, and is used regularly for group Spin classes, or for those who need to warm up or burn some extra calories on the bikes.


Group Fitness Area: This is a large open area, used for our busy class schedule, stretching out, boxing, skipping or even some 'Boot Camp' style training.

 

Child Supervision: In line with our family-centred approach, Lithgow Fitness Centre also offers child supervision for it's patrons of the 9.30 am and 5.45pm classes.
